Space holder unreliable as no direct communication except from from justpark !!! He cancelled within 20hrs of our booking which left us uncomfortably scrambling & searching for alternative parking. Justpark appeased this by refunding us in 2 days.

When I came there nobody on reception did not know anything about it.
When I was trying to call to the owner of car park space did not answer and switch off the phone. I paid for this spot £7.5 and did not use it. I had to find other car park which was 100m from there and I paid £5.5 for the same time.
