The house and driveway are located in a quiet leafy lane. There is a Neighbourhood Watch Scheme in operation on this road. It is near two main roads (Perry Common Road and Marsh Hill) in Erdington. It is a fifteen minute walk to Erdington station which is the main rain link to Birmingham New Street station in Central Birmingham. My parking space is ten foot wide and ten foot long. There are retired neighbours on either side of the house who are always present. There are plenty of local amenities such as Aldi, Coop and various off licences dotted around the area. There are also various restaurants nearby.
