This was a perfect spot to leave my car for an overnight in London (via train from Watford Junction). Parking instructions were communicated clearly, and the space itself was clearly marked, close to the station, and felt safe -- in a private lot well off the road, and under a roof. The lot and spaces are snug but not tiny (plenty of space for my Toyota Prius).

Easy to find and plenty of room including headroom, I parked a minibus there. Very near to town centre and within walking distance of Vicarage Road, would definitely use again.
