Discount of Rent If you sign up more than two months, the rent will be $160/month. If more than three months, it will be $150/month. 2. Rent Calculation The rent will be caluculated on per-diem basis for the days which are short of one week/month. ex. 10 days = 1 week + 3/7 days 50 days = 1 month + 20/30 days* * the number of the days depends on the calendar. 3. Rent Payment You shall pay the rent no later than the first day of the lease period. If the lease period is more than one month, you shall pay the rent thereafter no later than the first calendar day of each month. 4. Information You shall notify me your address, phone number, and license plate number as soon as the confirmation of the reservation. 5. Fixed Term Lease You cannot terminate this lease until the lease period expires. 6. Use You cannot use the parking space for any purpose other than parking your car whose licence plate number is informed to me in advance. You cannot sublese the parking space to any third parties. 7. Risks You shall use the parking space at entirely your own risk. I owe no liability to you for any loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims for compensation arising from this lease other than death or personal injury as a result of my gross negligence. 8. Removal You shall agree that in the event that (i) your car has not vacated the space after the expiry of the lease period or (ii) you delay the rent payment, I will have the right to instruct a parking enforcement agent to remove your and you will indemnify me for all costs relating to this removal. 9. Governing Law This lease is governed by the law of Massachusetts.

Parking on this Douglass Park street is private for residents only. I have an extra parking tag that a person can hang on their [more] rear view mirror that will give them access to park on the street 24/7.
