Description
This is a convenient off-street parking space at 8th and Penn, immediately adjacent to Governor's Park and the Governor's Mansion.  Ideal for workday parking with easy access to multiple business and government offices in the Capitol Hill area.  It is generally available weekdays between 8AM and 5:30PM, and I prefer 24 hours notice for bookings.  Specific details of the location of the space will be provided upon establishing contact.  The space can also be made available for special events at the Governor's Mansion and Grant Humphrey Mansion.  It is two blocks from the RTD bus stop at Washington and 8th, and less than 4 blocks from Lincoln St.  The heart of downtown Denver is a short 15 minute walk, and the space is approximately 1.4 miles from the RTD light rail stations at 10th and Osage or 16th and Stout.  The space is partially sheltered, but not covered, and offers ingress/egress from either Pennsylvania Street or the alleyway between 8th and 9th Avenues.  It will accommodate a pickup truck or mid to full size SUV, but nothing oversized.
