Please view the street view image of our space. In it our neighbor is parked in their parking space. Ours is next to it on the right, between the parked car and the building. The space is sometimes tight, width-wise, if our neighbor is parked (she's not used to us using it). As the space gets more use, I expect this to change. Also note that our space is technically off of Putnam Avenue (not Newton street). For longer vehicles, your vehicle may exceed the length of the parking space and cover a bit of the sidewalk walkway- this has never caused any issues in our 4 years living here.
