Risks You shall use the parking space at entirely your own risk. I owe no liability to you for any loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims for compensation arising from this lease other than death or personal injury as a result of my gross negligence. 8. Removal You shall agree that in the event that (i) your car has not vacated the space after the expiry of the lease period or (ii) you delay the rent payment, I will have the right to instruct a parking enforcement agent to remove your and you will indemnify me for all costs relating to this removal. 9. Governing Law This lease is governed by the law of Massachusetts.
