I am the owner of this deeded private parking space that I am not using. There are 6 other spaces in this parking area attached to the house. All other spaces are taken.
The area is very safe with easy access. No gate. No key. Four to five minute walk to the Malden Center subway station. Five to six minute walk to stores. Other walking distances include: good restaurants, RMV, Stop and Shop, CVS, post office, and YWCA. All distances are safe walks even late at night.
