Requirements

We're not surprised if that has your 'too-good-to-be-true' alarm bells ringing. But all you need to ensure is that your space is both available and accessible on a round-the-clock basis.

If your space is within the confines of a gated building, a lock box can be fitted to house the clicker for entry. We will deal directly with the management company responsible for the building so it's hassle-free for you. You must also have the legal right to let out the space.

How do I sign up?

When you go to add your parking space, we'll give you the option of having a Zipcar in your parking space. If your space matches Zipcar's requirements a member of the Zipcar team will contact you.

If you have already added your parking space, you can update your profile to add your space to our Zipcar opt-in database.
