The award-winning Restaurant at The Bonham, which enjoys a reputation as the most timeless contemporary restaurant in Edinburgh, is funkily kitted-out it dramatic cloche lampshades, chunky wooden tables, and upholstered armchairs. Chef Michael Bouyer's flair with organic, seasonal ingredients speaks for itself in virtually every exciting dish, particularly the pan fried fillet of Aberdeen Angus beef with seared foie gras and porcini jus: beautiful. Wonderful international wine list. Smiley staff. An impressive modern dining room.
