With seven different types of Iranian caviar, from the rarest Almas to delicious sevruga, and with two dozen champagnes as accompaniments, the choices are nearly endless. A short, well-focused dinner menu includes luxuries like fillet of beef with foie gras and steamed seabass. The restaurant is behind the Caviar House shop, where the caviar is hand-packed and sold by the tin. Stunning blue bar, lively atmosphere.
