The space we have available is a yard to the rear of our house, which is accessed by a wide alleyway. It is quite small so would [more] only suit small cars. It has a double opening gate which is not loackable, but cannot be seen from any roads. It is a secluded spot in the middle of The Groves, and would suit anyone working in the centre of town, or York City Football fans (KitKat crescent is only 5 minutes walk away, via a Pub).
Private driveway to let on either hourly, daily or weekly basis. Driveway is gated offering enhanced security and house is [more] occupied day and evening offering extra security. 20 minute walk to City Centre, 30 mins to train station. Local to City Knight ground. Bus routes opposite driveway into town, station and monks cross shopping centre.

Located near York Minster, The Blue Bicycle has become one of York's dining landmarks. With a French style English menu heavily weighted towards fish dishes, an unpretentious, welcoming atmosphere, professional French waiters, and charming decor, it is no wonder this eaterie is often packed. The downstairs is particularly romantic and atmospheric -- it is allegedly a former brothel and the decor is true to it's blue period. Menu favourites include the chef's own spicy fish cakes with pineapple salsa, and grilled scallops with sweet chilli sauce to start, followed by a steaming bowl of monkfish and prawn chowder, or tuna with red onion, lime and coriander salsa.
