The nature of the estate means that it would only suit a regular parking requirement (because I would need to hand over the fob and permit). It is an allocated bay in Bow Quarter, is 100% safe with security guards and CCV TV. It is NOT underground but is under a tree to shield from the sun (and to a lesser degree the rain).
