I'm looking to rent out my spare car parking space. The space is within a shared car park which is used by 3 other cars. The [more] space is located behind my property which is secure and private. The walkway to the space is well lit by security lights. The space is a 5 minute walk from Bedfrod Place and a 10 minute walk from town. There is a bus stop a 2 minute walk from the property where buses regulary go down to West Quay and the bottom of town.
