I have a car park space to rent its permit parking you can park in any space you like even outside of the gates. No Commercial Vans allowed. 2 minute walk to Maidstone barracks, 5 min walk to Maidstone east and 10 minute walk to Maidstone west. Available 24/7. Deposit will be £15, if permit is lost or not returned this is the replacement cost to me. If you loose the permit but with to keep the space you will be liable for a replacement cost of £15. Once you are finished with your space your deposit will be returned in full. New permits are given end of each year. Failure to pay will mean your permit will be reported lost and the permit ID will be invalid. You need to read the parking instructions when you arrive. I have been here almost 3 years and have had no problems as the grounds are looked after by 2 people.
