Parking space on private driveway. House is rarely empty and we do not own a car. Ample parking space and tall hedge means car is screened from scrutiny from the street. You can be on platform in literally 10 seconds from the car parking space. Direct trains to London Bridge, Victoria, East Croydon, Clapham Junction, Caterham etc. We are just by the A22 with easy access to the M25. Kenley common is up the road and there is easy access to Riddlesdown Common by public footpath nearby. We are also on the 407 busroute to Croydon and Purley Way and the 434 to Whyteleafe and Cousldon. There is a parade of shops locally. The street is well lit and generally there are plenty of people around as a doctor's surgery and station are so nearby. The house is in a neighbourhood watch area and the neighbouring houses are also occupied during the day. We are offering the space for monday to friday commuter parking.

An offstreet sheltered parking bay for two cars side by side. Has ramp across whole entrance. There is lighting for the winter months. It is situated within a 15 minute walk of Caterham Terminus station and Whyteleafe South station. It is also next to the 407 bus stop which takes you to Caterham Station or towards Purley/Croydon. This bus can also take you to Upper Warlingham station by getting off at Whyteleafe South and walking up the hill (5 minutes walk). We would prefer to have the space unused at evenings and weekends but this is open to negotiation. PLEASE NOTE that care must be taken to park allowing a second car (our own) to park alongside at all times.
