The parking space is three minutes walk from Hove Station and ideal for commuters or visitors using the train. It is also eight minutes walk from Sussex County Cricket Groundm 12 minutes from Hove seafront and twenty minutes walk into the centre of Brighton. The bus stop for buses into Brighton is two minutes walk and of course there is the station. The parking space is in a private car park which is part of a block of flats and is secluded from public view. My parking space is No 17 and opposite the garage entrance. It is clearly marked on the tarmac. if this has been taken in error,(!),please use any of the other available spaces, or  a guest one on the side of the block turning into my space.
