The O2 currently charge:£20 pre booked£28 on arrival My fee is £10 and the space is yours for up to 24 hours.  The surrounding roads get very busy after an O2 event. However my road avoids this traffic and leads right onto the A102. If you park here you will probably get out of Greenwich quicker than anyone parking at the O2 car park, plus you will save money.  If you would like to make a booking or have any questions please get in touch. Please see my references as a 'landlord'(at end of 'description') Extra Information for anyone considering a rental during the Olympic Period:  My parking space is within a few minutes walk to the Equestrian events, just across the road from the corner of Greenwich Park. It is not in the congestion zone.  With regard to traffic and road closures, you can find full details on the website the Transport authorities have set up especially,  and I understand these will be updated with any changes as they occur.  So,  you would be best to leave a huge amount of time to get through the traffic for parking, and also keep an eye on the website 'getaheadofthegames dot com' to see the official details of what is happening when with regard to traffic, road closures etc.  The PAMH system will not allow me to put a link to that website in this description, but you will be able to find it via a Google search. The parking space is in a road close to Maze Hill.  At the time of writing it seems that Maze Hill might be affected by the traffic measures, so you may wish to plan a route which excludes it.  The PAMH system will give you the full address of the parking space once the booking is made.I do hope you have a fantastic time at your event. GENERAL BOOKINGS:  The parking space is in a perfect location for commuting to Central London from out of town, or to easily access O2 Arena for concerts/events (10 minutes by No.108 or 422 - bus stops 5 mins walk from parking space). Several Brtish Rail stations within 10 minutes walking distance (Blackheath for Victoria, Maze Hill for London Bridge). The parking space is on a shared driveway in a highly sought-after leafy road, on the edge of Blackheath Village, and across the road from beautiful Royal Greenwich Park. Take a pleasant stroll through the park to the heart of historic Greenwich, and from there you can access the DLR (Docklands Light Railway) for an 8 minute journey to Canary Wharf or 15 minutes to the Tube network at Bank station in the City of London. On your way home from work stop off at the local fitness centre/swimming pool, or visit a trendy bar or award-winning restaurant in Blackheath village. Pick up your food shopping at the local Marks & Spencer. Get the best value by renting this space for 6 months or a year. Save on train fares as your commute is shorter! Ideally located for Lewisham train station with fast links into the city, Canary Wharf, Greenwich and the O2. This is an eight space private car park requiring a permit to park inside. It is currently used by two residents only and I have 3 extra permits available for rented spaces. The car park is lit at night, has 2 covered, 2 semi-covered, and 4 uncovered parking spaces. The car park is safe, set back from the road so is not visible from passers by. It is very private with no through traffic. A 24 hr Tescos is literally across the road - 1 min walking distance - with a Tesco petrol station as well. There are 2 atm/cash machines at Tescos as well as 2 more at the DLR station (Lewisham Station) nearby. Bus stop also across the road with links to the O2 for shows there - this is a far cheaper alternative than parking at the Dome/O2.  Major banks located nearby - 3/4 minute walk from the parking spaces. Normal cars, motorcycles and small vans will have no problem. Large vans will not be able to enter parking at the back due to height restriction. I will usually respond to enquiries within 2 hours, but certainly never longer than 24 hours.Apologies - especially to our regulars - but we have had to increase our day rate due to a permit going home with an overseas client. We have to recoup this cost somehow! Our rate is still excellent value for money with local parking in the area staring at £1.40 per hour...Please note the payment information stays the same - keys will be held in exchange for a private parking permit for the duration of your stay. Otherwise a deposit of a week's rental can be arranged - this will be refunded on return of your permit.Any questions, please get in touch!
