You will find all necessary amenities across the road ie , off-license, chip shop, newsagents, costcutters, chemist.. All parking around the ground is restricted to residents with parking permits. Without a permit you will get a parking ticket resulting in a £60 fine! Why pay to park in a carpark and then wait ages to get out?? The house and driveway are located in a quiet leafy lane. There is a Neighbourhood Watch Scheme in operation on this road. It is near two main roads (Perry Common Road and Marsh Hill) in Erdington. It is a fifteen minute walk to Erdington station which is the main rain link to Birmingham New Street station in Central Birmingham. My parking space is ten foot wide and ten foot long. There are retired neighbours on either side of the house who are always present. There are plenty of local amenities such as Aldi, Coop and various off licences dotted around the area. There are also various restaurants nearby.

The spaces are situated on a long tarmaced drive of a private residence, situated on a small, quiet cul-de-sac. The area is well lit by street lamps and there are two parking spaces available. Only a five minute taxi ride to Star City and Casino. There is a very regular bus service, just a short walk round the corner travelling to Birmingham city centre, taking only 10 minutes to reach the centre. The Millenium Point, The Science Museum, NIA, Convention centre, Broad Street, The Bull Ring Shopping Centre, The Mail Box, Theatres etc.. are all within easy reach, either by foot, bus or taxi. Once in the city centre there is a bus that takes you to Cadbury World and a number of destinations. Birmingham International Airport, NEC and Motorcycle Museum are a 20-25 minute taxi ride. Heartlands hospital is a 5 minute taxi ride away and Digbeth Coach Station, Birmingham City Football Club and Aston Villa Football Club are all only 10 minutes by taxi. The 11 bus service is only a short walk away travelling to numerous areas in the city including Cadbury World and the 8 bus service is a five minute bus ride away. Taxi fares into the city centre are between £4 and £7 and going to Birmingham Airport etc.. approx £12. The spaces are also a ten minute taxi ride from Adderley Station, Moor Street Station, Lea hall Station and New Street, which all have links to the NEC, Stratford-upon-Avon etc.
