There is plenty of space for two cars but please ensure that you leave enough room for a second car if the driveway is empty when you arrive. We have a security firm, who patrol the car park, so we would issue you with a car park permit, so you could park there whenever, for however long you like. Not only are we close to the hospital, but we are also walking distance to Brighton Marina, and Brighton Seafront, and the town centre is within walking distance, and takes approx 45 mins.The neighbours are very sociable, and also run a neighbourhood watch scheme.We are looking for £50 per week for rental of the space. The pay and display machines locally are approx £2 per hour, but this would be a space solely for your use, as we are unable to park our company van in our space.

Live with other trustworthy people also and the space it right outside their bedroom window, so its even more safe. There's also security lighting.  The driveway is far away from the road and not visible. You could not find a more secure location! Very reasonable rates lower than the recommended pricing on the site. (I'm setting a price on here based on a monthly fee, but am open to any lengths of time on discussion) You may even get a cup of tea now and again out of it!  I can send pics on request but I think your better off coming to look in person and meet me. :)
