  Susan the house owner could not have been any more helpful. She ran us both ways to and from the airport and utilising her knowledge of the local lanes avoided us missing our outbound flight, due a nasty tail back on the dual carrageway. On our return she was waiting in the car park for us it could not have been any easier. I would totally recommmend and use this service in the future.

  We were well satisfied. Our return flight was late in the early morning hours but our pick up was there as promised. We will use again if we fly from Bournemouth
