  unfortunately i could not park at this location due to your client not knowing about the booking in time.he does not accept short term parking and a fob was needed for access,i spoke to your client who was very helpful in trying to obtain a fob from the building reception but they did not have a spare fob.he also said he would refund my charges and could not apoligise enough.i would not hesitate in dealing with him again for future visits ! only rated convenience and value as 1 star due to mix up Thanks stu boulton
