  Very happy and will use again. No tree-sap problems in Feb and the car (a Honda Accord) was a snug, but easy, fit.

  Spot on, don't think there would be enough room for a large car, but perfect for my little 306. Off-road and gated. My only criticism and there isn't a lot that can be done about it, it's directly under trees, which means the front of the car was covered tree sap and what comes out the business end of birds ;-)

  Very helpful, even with last minute changes to details. Tree sap can be a problem but this was pointed out prior to parking and was no trouble to wash off after. Would like to use this space again if in the area for any time. Thank you.
