  Overall, the process was excellent. The communication screen would be better if there was an option to just send a message to owner rather than only the "further negotiate" or "cancel" options. I also enquired after another parking bay and had to use the "cancel booking" option although I had not got to the stage of confirming a booking with this owner. I had a bit of a problem with getting the booking confirmed but I think that was possible because the owner had not entered his acceptance online although we had already agreed the booking in the messages.
