  When we arrived at the address the owner claimed she did not know anythuing about the booking. She rang her son who also claimed he did not know. They wanted us to leave the keys with them so they could park it when the son returned home. We were not happy with this and the lady gave us a parking permit for outside their house. We did not find the service satisfactory and di in fact miss some of the event waiting for them to reslove the issue.
