  Parking as arranged was completed. Met Marcia (very pleasant and helpful )on arrival and was directed to visitor's parking space and completed visitor's parking permit. Returned to car 8 hours later to find it clamped by over-zealous warden from council. Reason given was alteration of permit which was ridiculous. Obviously had to pay release fee and have appealed for refund of fee. Marcia in no way responsible for problem.
