  Had to park somewhere else as the provider did not provide proper instructions where the designated bays are!! After complainingto the provider, he has refused to provide refund claiming that we were in the wrong place. We were in the right place but were not sure if we could park there or not as the bays are actually outside people\'s house. Contact number not provided! I feel that exact instructions on where to park should be given rather than just providing the address. Also no need to use this site as there is plenty of parking outside after 5:30pm!

  Driver provided with full details plus contact numbers. The day after the booking the driver emailed asking for a refund as he had not parked with us. As it had not been cancelled in advance I declined to offer a refund advising that a space had been reserved for him and potentially this would have mean\'t declining other customers. I guess negative feedback is the price to pay for not simply caving into unfair requests for an refund. Please read all the positive feedback from other customers before taking any notice of this one.
