  Parking was easy to find and only a couple of minutes walk from the tube station as advertised.

  The location was easy to find with the directions given. The drive is reasonably obvious even in the dark and there is a small sign on the flats to indicate you're in the right place. The parking spaces are less obvious in the dark; there's not much in the way of light back there but that's only a minor thing (take a torch!). From the parking space to Leicester Square via Colindale Underground Station took about 40 mins so very convenient and very good value. Not sure if I parked in the right place or if there is a right place - the instructions need to be a little clearer on that aspect.

  To be honest initially I was unsure about leaving my car, between two houses is the road to take and then it is just park in a space near some what look like unused garages. It was private or secluded whichever word you prefer, it is rather unkept, carpets and just generally untidyness around. On saying that I left the car for about 9 hours and returned to it in the dark and it was absolutely fine. I just think people just don't know that there are cars parked there as it is a dead end or no through road. Tremendous value for money and just no more than a 10 mins stroll to Colindale Tube. A phone call or text would of been a nice touch from the owner just to say thank you and a space will be there for you. Overall no problems.

  directions not sufficiently clear = took me ages to find the spot, had to ask loads of people

  space was fine easy to find and as described. think i used the booking service wrongly as it cost me £12 to book 12 hours (careful when u book and book a day rather than entering times maybe)but apart from that no problems at all.

  This booking worked well for us. It was straightforward to find etc. The main problem was that I did not park well, and took up more room than I should have done, which inconvenienced Lydia's neighbours. Many apologies.
