  Convenient location to station, easy to find. The only problem we had was as this was a parking space near the house and not a private driveway we found on arrival that someone had parked in the space and we could not contact owner on phone or at property, we parked in another vacant bay. Received a message the next day from the owner to say that if we did not move the car from her neighbours space it would be towed away. After some conversations it was resolved but put a damper on our trip to London for the New Year. Owner was very helpful in sorting this out, but they should have made sure the space was free for when we arrived at our stated time. We did ask in advance any conditions for parking but did not have a reply.

  Booked through instant booking but when I arrived the car parking space already had a car parked in it. I phoned the owner of the space, but her phone was switched off. I texted, but still no response 5 days later. I had to park in a public car park. I have phoned since and emailed, but the phone does not get answered and rings out and no response to my emails. So I paid £20 and had to pay for the car park as well! Waste ot time and money.
