  driver made various statements regarding the surrounding area that were very insulting - associated with risk of crime being close to social housing - questioned the existence of our cctv system, etc. notwithstanding his car was in perfect condition on his return. given the aforesaid, would not welcome repeat business

  After reading your above statement , I think you should review some of your earlier feedbacks, where one person reported their car being "keyed" and another reported their car being broken into. QED At least my comments were not made personal which unfortunately is not the same with you. Oh yes and I was brought up on a council estate - and I know what they are like from the inside
