  I don't understand this guy. 1) His feedback complains that my space didn't have CCTV or security gates - if that was so important to him why didn't he book a space with that rather than complain mine didn't have it? My description is extremely detailed, did he bother reading it? 2) He marked me down on accurate description and convenience - again did he bother reading it first ? It's actually very detailed and precise - he would've known exactly what he was booking. 3) He also marked me down on value for money - even though my space is actually the cheapest among dozens in the area, most of which also don't have CCTV and security gates. 4) Without my permission, he gave my mobile phone number out to a 3rd party, suggesting that person also books with me ! 5) Since his feedback my bookings and page impressions have collapsed - yet he didn't bother to contact me first about his negative comments (as advised in the feedback section). This has cost me money and future bookings - all because of his complaint about CCTV and security gates - it feels very unfair.
