  Everything went smoothly and as expected. We were collected within about 15 minutes of our call to Joan upon our return. Another 15 minutes later we were back at her house. So much quicker than using airport courtesy buses with all the hassle of loading/unloading bags and skis - and a far better way of parking our car! We will definitely use their service again. Its a pity that Gatwick's management cannot run their airport as well as Joan & Andy run their parking and collection service!
