  The site i was sent to doesn't belong to the person who got my £10. Had to pay the owner of the site a further £8. Good job i left my parking fee details and phone number on my windscreen or else i would have been clamped and hit with a huge un-clamping fee. Who do i see to get my tenner back? And who's behind this rip-off?

  Rather grotty appearance, with crumbling roadwork, but helpful attendants, and convenient for Whitechapel area. Bus stop outside, and 5 mins brisk walk to Royal London Hospital. Would use again.

  Good service, wasnt quite sure if i had the car park when i got there so rang the number given and they was helpful and told me i was at the right place and what to do.

  this person doesn't have a contract anymore and i paid for the service and when i reached there they told me he owed money for the parking himself as he is an agent who re rent the place and i tried to call him on the spot but no surprise there as he didn't answer my call. and therefore i had to pay again and i didn't get the service i paid for. please do not get conned by this person and do not book with him

  unfortunatley i did not use the parking space i had reserved and paid for as i rushed in to hospital with fluid on the brain. My appointment at the London Independent Hospital has been moved to 6th August. When booking the parking space the directions were v accurate and with the postcode given we would not have had a problem finding the place had we kept the last appointment.

  I felt very apprehensive about leaving my vehicle there as the phone number given for the head of the clamping company is not recognised and the phone number for the estate owner is on voicemail. There is another company on site offering all day parking for £8 and the attendant's hut has a clamp leaning outside it. Worrying as I could not find the man. However all went well and overall I was happy.
