  Too early to give feedback, he has just picked up the keys and is starting to park there next week, when he is also setting up direct debit, so I cannot use your star marking system until we have some history. Also your star system doesn't allow anyone to make just a comment, so I have incorrectly marked him with 1 star per category, for all I know he may turn out to be a 5 star client! Regards Karl
