genleman had to cancel booking as he was out of the country at the time of our visit but he did contact me in plenty of time to sort out a different parkingspace and was most apologetic. -

A VERY SECURED parking on the ground floor of a block of flats. Communication with Frank was excellent and plus the added bonus of someone waiting for you when you arrive and when you leave.I will recommend anyone who is going to Europe for either business or pleasure to use this facility as it the provides the much needed assurance that your vehicle is not on the street but safe and secure. Very good experience overall. Would definitely use it again for St. Pancras. Very reliable and maintained proactive communication right from the first contact. Getting out was a bit tight but the owner was very helpful and guided well to get the car out. Would definitely recommend to all my friends!

Absolutely fantastic. Travelling with two children aged 3 & 1 we could not of found a better carpark. It was very easy to find and is only a 5 min walk away even with two prams and luggage and the very kind lady (Europark) even walked with us and showed us the way to the station. We have never used a carpark like this before but would not hesitate in doing it again it is perfect and made our trip to Disneyland so much easier. If you want good secure parking in the centre of London or for Kings Cross/St Pancras then use Europark, you will not be dissapointed. If you are travelling with young children then this is perfect. Thank you Europark for your fantastic service, hope to use you very soon.

I found the whole experience with parking at 10 New Wharf Rd very pleasing. Since I am a new user I was not sure of how the process would proceed. But the day before I was due to arrive Mr Franke set my mind to rest, by ringing me to confirm the booking. On my return, our train was delayed, and I received a phone call on my mobile asking politely whether everything was OK. The parking and leaving process could not have been easier, and the security of the parking allowed me to forget about the car, and concentrate on enjoying my holiday. well done and thanks.

recommended, nice people, easy to find with sat nav, can be a little tight getting in and out with big cars (mins peugot 407) but these guys are very helpful. will use again for st pancras - about 5min walk.
