  Absolutely 1st Class - Mona helped me out on 28th June and again on 3rd July. Would not hesitate to use her parking facilities again. A stones throw from Gate 13 at the AELTC. What more could you want?

  Agree with previous feedback who was there on the same day as us. It is within 3-4 minutes of the AELTC but not as close as advertised. However it was very convenient and the communication was excellent. There were 3 cars booked in on 28th June and the first one was blocked in by the 3rd one to arrive, could be a problem if you want an earlier departure than a later arrival. The space we used was very tight to get into/out of and took a bit of manoeuvring, not for the faint hearted. Overall extremely convenient location and very helpful owner.

  Parking was actually a bit further from the AELTC than advertised, but was still within five minutes walk. The owner contacted me the night before for my mobile number in case the owner of the other vehicle parking that day needed to get out (i was blocking him in due to small driveway). Was ok in the end as we both had Centre Court tickets, but could have been really inconvenient if I had to go back to move the car in the middle of a match. Overall satisfied but used cheaper option with more space last year.

  Thank you for this feedback, I appreciate this as i always try to improve my service. The reason I called you was to just let you know before hand that there was a risk of this happening (albeit a small one as most people watch the same matches and come back the same time- as you experienced yourself on the day). I didn\'t want you to have the wrong expectation about this particular space i had (i have many spaces and not all have this blocking risk). I believed that you were ok with this as we had spoken and all seemed well. Perhaps next time this happens I will offer an alternative space to the customer - unfortunately i was fully booked on this day, as parking this close to the ATELTC is limited in the area. The location is at most within 30 seconds of the AELTC as it is just down the road from my house. I can even see the tennis from the roof of my house! Many Thanks for the feedback anyway.
