Wasnt very clear on where to park when we arrived in the early hours. I did email beforehand asking if it was clear on where to park etc but no reply. Great value for money however wouldnt use again-parking was in communal parking area for flats. The recommended taxi firm 'roadrunners' quoted me £8 on the phone one way, however, dropping off they charged £9 and then returning was £10..? (bearing in mind the drop off was early hours of the morning but the return was midafternoon!!!)

Good communication. Safe location but no direct contact with provider. Bit worried as my first time but everything went well. Difficulty in finding the location as located on estate with private roads and GPS was not accurate. Taxi fare £9 each way and had to pay more because of delay in locating the place.

Good communication, no problems whatsoever. Will highly recommend the service and use again in the future. Only caveat - trains to Earlswood station don't run on Sundays, so bear in mind the extra costs for taxi from/to Gatwick
