I gave very short notice of my requirements but was pleased to get a quick response. The description was fine, the location is convenient and it does mention that the lane can be muddy when it's wet. A reasonable price for the space. My only request would be a more precise description of the position of the parking space (when the booking is confirmed) as it is quite tricky to find the exact parking place down an unfamiliar lane. A good experience, though.
