I bought a physical ticket for 2 hours. 12.03 to 14.03. I realised later that I needed more time, so instead of hiking all the way up the huge hill, I would download the app and extend my stay from 13.45 to 14.15. The app put my booking as 12.50 to 13.21, the start time being almost an hour ago! I calked customer service only to be told that the time cannot be changed and I cannot have a refund. So due to the app being terribly programmed, I am out of pocket.

The car park spaces are always too small anywhere.
As there are not many of your car parks where I live in south Devon it took ages to get the parking booked in your app as I hadn't used it for months. Ringo is much quicker.

Car park was fine. App is crap, no clear pricing, insists in saving card details and is hard to use. Dreadful. And its expensive but thats down to the council i guess.

Not really geared up for motorbikes. No allocated spaces and the app doesn't really know what to do with us bikers.
