The car park was brilliant clean and safe.
The only problem was with the app it would not show my booking at all and I couldn’t get help to sort it out.
So it did make me feel a little unsettled with the process, not really being sure if the I had a space or not, although I did have email confirmation of the transaction. As you have an App and you encourage customers to use it please make sure that it is usable.
I will need parking in Liverpool on multiple occasions in the coming months to attend hospital appointments at the St Paul’s Eye hospital so will give your company another go.

Excellent, and cheaper than a standard ticket which was weird haha. Just follow the instructions of what to do, even I managed it. As other reviews say, it's a bit tight on the entrance so just go slow. That's only reason it's not 5 star.
