The car park here was really easy to find. The barrier opens as you drive up to it, allowing easy access. I was worried there wouldn't be enough spaces with it being a weekend in a city centre, but there was lots of spaces available. With the barrier and plenty of CCTV around, I felt comfortable leaving my car for two nights. When I returned to my car, I opened the app ready and pressed the "open barrier" button as I left. The barrier opened with no problems at all and I was on my way. The whole process was so simple. A code for the pin pad at the barrier was provided on booking in case the button to open the barrier did not work, but I didn't require this. I'd definitely book again!

Outdoor parking spaces, plenty of space. Feels safe and very close to shopping in the city centre. Would recommend.

Brilliant parking barrier went up as soon as I arrived though on leaving I had to open my phone on mobile data for the barrier to open which took a few minutes to do

Loads of spaces and secure. Only issue was post code takes you to New York Road and the address of 1 Gower Street did not exist on mine or my friends sat nav. Managed to find it after about 20 minutes
