Canterbury High Street Car Park

There was one space left when we got to the car park! It was impossible to park. Huge cars not parked in their spaces properly. We had to ask a very kind chef from one of the restaurants to move his car over a bit to help us out . We were at the car park for over 30 minutes and was then late for our dinner reservation and then late to our theatre booking . Not the parking providers fault just inconsiderate people who could park better to allow others room .

Brilliant little parking area, easy to find with sat nav, just a minutes walk to the shops and even has toilets if you need them.

Really disappointed with this one. Travelled for about 1 hour to get to that parking space. Book it 2 weeks prior, as we knew Canterbury was a nightmare for parking. It was 6mn walking from where we needed to go to. Unfortunately, when we got there, all the spaces were taken. So whose fault is this, well not mine, that is for sure, but there is no barrier to stop anyone from parking there. Who even check the car registration there, to ensure the right car get the space booked up. So in the end, we find somewhere else but £10 dearer, I have chatted to an agent about it, but the only thing they say is apologise and you can get a refund, yes refund is fine, but I also want the surplus of £10 for the other parking we had to find, it made us late for our event, and all stressed out. I will definitely not reuse them again.

Love it, book your space at home in bed. Next day drive to your space, with total peace of mind. £8 parking with this app £25 without..... it's a no brainer

A great parking spot in Canterbury. There was always a free spot. Just a great experience, really nice that the app gives you the opportunity to open the directions in apple map or google. It’s also very easy to extend when possible

I’m absolutely disappointed in this service. There were no spare parking places at this car park, which I booked and paid for in advance. I have a bad leg and ankle, so I specifically booked this space so I didn’t have to walk far to my daughter’s wedding reception. I ended up parking some way from the venue and I am now in so much pain from walking so far, there and back. I was also late and flustered for the wedding reception. I was offered £5 compensation to use JP in the future. This is pointless as I will not use this company again. Customer Services replied to me once but has not replied to my subsequent emails. Steer clear of this company unless you don’t mind parking elsewhere when your reserved space is occupied.

No nonsense .. drove straight in to space directions spot on would def..use next time no hassle trying to get a ticket

Booking was easy but finding this parking was difficult as sat nav didn’t take us all the way there but luckily my friend had parked there before and that’s how we found it.
