The car park was full with a barrier across even though I had booked and paid for a space. I wasn't the only one either. I wasnt happy... Waiting for a refund

Entering rhe car park was fine but leaving after a concert was terrible. We didn’t move for 30 minutes - there shld really be a steward ion directing drivers and allowing cars out of their space. I Have never witnessed so many angry and shouty drivers just desperate to get home. There was no courtesy at all. Will not use again sadly because of this.

Pre-booked, paid £7, then drove around for 25 mins, unable to find a space with lots of other cars also searching. Missed the start of the show we were in Birmingham to see so gave up and left. If you're going to sell spaces in advance, it would be a good plan not to rip customers off by selling a space in a full car park.

I had pre-booked a parking space on-line for Q-Park at The Mailbox, Birmingham. When I arrived the entrance was taped off and I was told that the car park was full. I was advised to find parking elsewhere and if the alternative parkingincurred a charge, to reclaim the fee from the parking provider (Just Park). I found this disappointing, frustrating and stressful.
