I'm looking to rent out my spare car parking space. The space is within a shared car park which is used by 3 other cars. The space is located behind my property which is secure and private. The walkway to the space is well lit by security lights.The space is a 5 minute walk from Bedfrod Place and a 10 minute walk from town. There is a bus stop a 2 minute walk from the property where buses regulary go down to West Quay and the bottom of town. We are 1990 meters away from St Denys train station and a 15 minute walk from the City Centre train station.
I am looking to rent this space out 7 days a week between 6am and 8pm. Overnight stays on request. Over Christmas and New Year is no problem as I know we all want to pick up those bargains!!
