In a cul de sac residential area , a short work to the bus stop which can get you to either Canary Wharf (20 mins) or Liverpool Street (30 mins) via Tower Gateway (15 mins). Shadwell DLR is about 10 mins walk and if you are feeling energetic, you can even walk to London Bridge in about 30 mins!The parking bay is a double sized parking bay but it is currently occupied by my car but you are able to fit a medium sized car (have managed to fit BMW 3 series coupe) behind mine.
