St Denys is no more than 2 miles from the city centre, on the right side of the river (the city side). It is very close to the M27, M3 (less than a minute's car or taxi ride) and St Denys train station is a few minutes walk away. Southampton airport is about 4 minutes away by car or taxi. It is also near to IKEA and to the cruise terminals.

St Denys is a quiet, safe area where mainly families, young professionals and some students reside (type in the postcode - SO172NT to upmystreet.com for more information).

The space is underneath the residential flats and is therefore roofed and fully lit all day and night. It is also watched by CCTV at all times.
