This is a residential off road private parking which is in front of the house, in a safe and quiet place, 5 minutes walking distance from the Newbury Racecource.
Down a no through quiet road. 5 min drive from Newbury train station; 15 min walk to town centre.
The parking lot is not being used by anyone but the residents of the house.
The parking space I am renting out is allocated to my flat and is currently not being used.
The parking space is located on the right hand side of the black car on the attached photo.
