My gated private driveway is a 10 minute walk away from Old Trafford football ground and Salford Quays and two minutes from exchange quay. Local attractions also include the Old Trafford Cricket Ground, Lowery Theatre and shopping centre and New Media City Developement, all within short walking distance.

The space is about 15 minutes from the city centre by tram with Exchange Quay tramstop 2 minutes away. It is gated, well lit and in a quiet cul-de-sac and misses most of the traffic on match days.
