Car parking space in residential car park overlooking Trafford Road, belonging to (and at rear of) a development of 8 privately owned apartments (not council/social housing). 

24 hour digitally recorded CCTV installed in April 2011.

Approx. 1 Mile from Man. Utd. / Old Trafford.  Approx. 1/3 of a mile to Salford Quays and Metrolink tram stop (5 minute walk). 

Approx. 2/3 of a mile to Media City studios. Also approx. 150 metres from the Radclyffe Park complex containing Morrisons supermarket and cafe, Travelodge hotel and several other shops. 

Bay is normally vacant between about 8am and 6:30pm weekdays since I am working but can also make it available outside these times too.

Cars charged at £4 per day (24 hours) / £2.50 for up to 5 hours and £15 per week (5 days). Larger vehicles such as transit vans / mini buses also accepted but not lorries.  Larger vehicle prices are: £6 per day / £4 for up to 5 hours and £20 per week (5 days).

Discounts provided for longer bookings for all vehicle types. 

50% discount on all bookings for all smart cars (i.e. fortwo, forfour, roadster and crossblade).
