Own parking space off main road. 7 mins Anerley/Penge West BR Station, 10 mins Crystal Palace Station and Stadium (sporting events/concerts/farm etc).  20 mins intoLondon Bridge/Victoria, and overground.  Very quiet spot. Happy to receive calls for directions.
